This Privacy Notice explains how we use your data when you register for our 2026 Loyalty Program and to our Sail & Save Marketing Campaign.
PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT THE CHELSEA GROUP COLLECTS
The Chelsea Group collects, uses and/or processes any and all your personal information which is necessary and mandatory in order for the Chelsea Group to register you in the Chelsea Loyalty Program. Such personal information may include the following: (a) first name; (b) last name; (c) date of birth with year; (d) phone number; and (e) email address.
COLLECTION METHOD
The Chelsea Group collects, uses and/or processes your personal information by electronic means through the Chelsea Travel Application.
TIMING AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
The Chelsea Group collects, uses and/or processes your personal information to register you for our Loyalty Program and provide a seamless experience in claiming a discount voucher that can be used for booking your travel tickets in Chelsea Travel.
The Chelsea Group may also use your personal information to invite you to participate in our future marketing campaigns and programs. By using Chelsea Travel and registering to our Loyalty Program, you consent to receive certain electronic communications regarding the Chelsea Travel Service. In addition, when you provide your contact information during registration, you are automatically opted-in to receive commercial email from Chelsea Travel, which may include newsletters, announcements, and recommendations related to easy, fast, and stress-free booking and travel experience. You may opt-out of commercial email any time by following the instructions stated in the email. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that the Chelsea Group sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
STORAGE, TRANSMISSION AND LOCATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Chelsea Group stores your personal information for purposes of sending commercial email from Chelsea Travel, which may include newsletters, announcements, and recommendations related to easy, fast, and stress-free booking and travel experience.
Only authorized Chelsea Group personnel are granted access to your personal information collected through Chelsea Travel. Your collected personal information is stored on a secured database on Cloud. The Chelsea Group shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations should it transfer the storage and/or processing thereof outside the country.
RETENTION PERIOD
Chelsea retains the personal information it collects only for the period allowed under the applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the DPA and IRR.
Your data will be maintained for the duration of your membership in the Loyalty Program. If the 2026 Marketing Campaign concludes on December 31, 2026, and you do not wish to continue with the Loyalty Program, your data will be anonymized. The Chelsea Group shall immediately destroy or dispose of in a secure manner any of your personal information wherein the retention of which is no longer allowed under the said applicable laws and regulations.
PARTICIPATION OF DATA SUBJECT
As a Data Subject mentioned in the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights: (a) right to be informed; (b) right to access; (c) right to object; (d) right to erasure; (e) right to rectification; (f) right to data portability; (g) right to file a complaint; and (h) right to damages.

For inquiries regarding the processing of your personal information stated in this Privacy Notice, as well as any concerns or complaints regarding Data Privacy, or the exercise of your rights as a Data Subject under the DPA, please contact the DPO. The Chelsea Group understands that your rights as a Data Subject only apply to your personal information. If you are exercising on behalf of another Data Subject, the Chelsea Group will require a signed letter of authority and identification documents from the relevant Data Subject. In addition, the Chelsea Group will conduct strict verification and validation procedures for the protection of the Data Subject who issued said authorization.
