What are the requirements for transporting a pet?
- Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC)
- Shipping Permit from Bureau of Animals and Industries (VHC is a pre-requisite in issuance of shipping permit)
- Pet Must be Properly Caged (per pet)
- Pets will be placed in allocated area for pets
- Pets must be accompanied with regular passenger.
- Payment will be done upon check-in at the terminal.
- Estimated Fare: Small-Php150, Medium-Php250, Large-Php350, X-Large-Php450
What is the allowable baggage allowance per passenger?
Each passenger is allowed to bring on-board two (2) hand-carried baggage not exceeding a total of 0.10 cbm in volume. Free baggage allowance is 15kg. Baggage weighing more than 15kg shall be charged the excess weight rate Php 15 per kilo .
How to process the revalidation or rebooking of tickets?
Please be informed that for rebooking or revalidation processing, you may proceed directly to our Corporate Ticket Office located at the port. Kindly bring your printed tickets and a valid ID.
How to process refunds?
Please be informed that for refund processing, you may proceed directly to our Corporate Ticket Office located at the port. Kindly bring your printed tickets and a valid ID.
Is the ticket transferable and can it be used by any passenger, or is a valid ID required?
The ticket is non-transferable and shall be used solely by the passenger named herein. As such, passenger is required to present a valid ID.
How long is a passenger ticket valid, and what is the policy for rebooking or refunds beyond this period?
A passenger ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of departure. Rebooking and or Refund can no longer be processed beyond this period.
What is the rebooking policy, including fees, conditions, and exceptions for cancellations?
Passengers can rebook before and after trip schedule. Rebooking, regardless of reason, is always subject to slot availability. It applies fees of Php 10 for the fare if
rebooked prior to the trip schedule and 10% of the fare if rebooked after the trip schedule. Lastly, rebooking is free of charge if the cancellation is due to weather conditions, technical issues,
or if the cancellation was made on our end.

Pregnant On-Board
Women who are 8 months pregnant are allowed to board provided a valid doctor’s certificate is presented stating her fitness to travel. The passenger must also sign a waiver. During rough sea, pregnant women are not allowed to board.

Where can I drop off my envelop, pouches and documents?
You may drop off your item at our corporate ticket office located at the port. Please note that cut-off times apply and may vary depending on the trip schedule. Booking time should be 45 minutes before the preferred schedule.
