Tagbilaran is the gateway to Bohol. Bohol is famous for its 1,228 symmetrical hills known as the Chocolate Hills. It is also the home of the world’s smallest primate, the Philippine tarsier. Attractions 

Chocolate Hills (Carmen). Most famous attraction of Bohol, over a hundred hills that turn brown during summer thus giving its name.

Baclayon Church. Built by the Jesuits in 1727, old and grand with a museum with an interesting collection of religious relics and artifacts.

Blood Compact Site. Signifies the agreement between Chief Sikatuna of Bohol and Spanish Leader Legaspi.

Hinagdanan Cave. Has an underground bathing pool.

Tarsier Trail. Home of the tarsier, smallest primate. Tarsiers in captivity are used to humans.

Loboc River. Have lunch on a large bamboo raft while on a scenic river cruise down Loboc River.

Punta Cruz Watchtower. Gives a splendid view of the Cebu Strait.
